Coffee & PI (Process Improvement) is an initiative of the Office of Shared Services to open communication, build a network, and share information about process improvement and many other topics. The original installation of Coffee & Concur was launched in 2019 to assist Knoxville campus employees with onboarding and support for the Concur travel system. In 2021, we shifted focus to include various topics and areas of the university.
